The Service (Customer Service and Labor) was Excellent. Mr. Shane, Mckeown and his Team did an Excellent Job from keeping me up today to being available for me to be able to see the progress on my vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2021 Silverado 2500 HD from Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet and my experience was excellent! I bought the truck from Kameron, and spoke with Ben about financing options and had everything explained about all of my options. They even let my grandson sit in a new Corvette on the showroom floor and started it up for him! He was all smiles from ear to ear! The process was very easy and relaxed with no high pressure. After getting my truck home and putting 412 miles on it a problem developed with a repair that had been done before I bought my truck. So I was put in touch with Ben (Kameron was on vacation), who put me in contact with the general manager. He sent a flatbed out to bring my truck back and fix it again. I spoke with the service department and Kara was very helpful making sure I understood everything that was going on and C.C. also helping me with information that I needed. Kara talked to me a few times about the work being done and when I would be getting my truck back. Then they drove it back to me. I live 1 hour and 40 minutes away. Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet did what was expected and more in making sure my experience was top notch. Thanks to the GM Kameron, Ben, Kara and C.C. I love my truck and my experience with you!

Everything went well, communication was clear, the only down fall, your web says you can get a loaner, while your vehicle is being serviced, either remove that post or have that loaner vehicle available, but other wise great job.
