I appreciate how the service center is able to set appointments on the weekend. The other thing I can appreciate is the multi-point inspection. This maintains my vehicle is good performance, and reinforces why I own three vehicles, all Chevrolet!

From the beginning when we started looking for a new vehicle my wife and I drove around town to the different car dealerships. I found most car salesmen standing in side of the dealership buildings looking out the window.and when I got out of my vehicle to look at the cars they stayed in side of the building. When I pulled in to the Chevrolet car lot and started looking for a car we had a young lady walking up to us greeting us and introducing her self Natasha North and asked how she could help us. She was very professional she had great knowledge of the vehicles that were on the lot. Natasha showed us the vehicles she thought would work for us and the options that the vehicle had in comparison with other cars. Then we test drove an equinox and my wife was very impressed with it and we filled out the paperwork and we bought the car. Afterwards we needed to purchase a truck after we were in a accident which totaled our truck and we returned to Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet and again we had Natasha North helped us buy a truck aGMC Denali and she had the same satisfaction with it as we did with our car. We recommend looking for a new vehicle shop at Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet in Waynesville,Mo.

The Service Department was able to get me in when there was a recall notice on my vehicle in a timely manner and I’m addition found an error with a software update that was affecting my lane assist when they checked on my vehicle. Soon as my vehicle was done, they notified me and explained everything and when I could pick my vehicle up.
