RICHLAND, MO | 2017 Chevrolet SonicJuly 21, 2025My car was at the dealership for almost 3 weeks before it was ever pulled in and worked on. I was told the parts weren't in or they got them and one was broken. I was not offered a loaner car and when I asked for one I was always told there wasn't one available. My husband lost $500 in that 3 weeks making sure I was to work and picked up. When I finally did get my car the ambient temperature sensor was broken and not connected back up. I am very dissatisfied with the treatment I received as far as the work on my car.
